R. CHARLIE AIVOHOZIN - Managing Director

Charlie has been IBL Managing Director since 2014. He’s an analytical and technically able, qualified finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in Business Process Improvement, Finance & SAP Training, he possesses an exceptional track record of developing tailored client solutions to achieve key business objectives.

He has incomparable knowledge within the financial services, utilities, steel production and other manufacturing sectors where he’s spent most of his career advising on opportunities for business process improvement. He has a record of achieving significant cost savings for major blue-chip organisations.  

He demonstrates strong organisational skills and a passion for working with staff to develop improved practices and is comfortable working with detail to drive corporate performance.

Charlie began his career in the UK back in 2005 and completed his Chartered Accountancy qualification whilst gaining experience in audit and advisory services. He has an impressive record in accounts management and service delivery. He has a master degree in Accountancy and Finance from France where he completed his post-graduate studies.

He works with clients and stakeholders to enable business transformation and draws upon in-depth change management and customer service experience.
